Moto Tab G20 launch date has been revealed. It is scheduled to debut on September 30th in India. Like other Motorola devices, the G20 tablet will be available for purchase through Flipkart. The microsite on the retailer site has revealed its design and key specifications.

The Lenovo-owned company had launched the Motorola Xoom tablet in 2013 in India followed by the Moto Tab in 2017. However, these devices did not help the brand to gain market share in the tablet segment. The upcoming Moto Tab G20 will be Motorola’s next attempt to get back to the tablet market in the country. The Flipkart listing of the device reveals that it will be arriving as a mid-range device.

The Moto Tab G20 will be sporting an 8-inch IPS LCD screen. It will be powered by the Helio P22T chipset and 3GB of RAM.
One of the major attractions of the Moto Tab G20 is that it will be running on a stock version of Android 11. The device will offer a dedicated kids’ space that will give access to 10,000+ apps and games, hundreds of free ebooks, YouTube videos for kids, DIY projects, and parental controls.
The Tab G20 will offer users 32GB of internal storage. It will be backed by a 5,100mAh battery that promises 15 hours of video playback and 18 hours of web browsing. It also comes equipped with Dolby Atmos Audio powered speakers. As far as design is concerned, it will be sporting a metallic chassis.
Rumours surrounding the G20 tablet reveals that it will feature a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front camera, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.0. The specifications of the G20 suggest that it will be rebranded version of the Lenovo Tab M8 (Gen. 3).
At present, there is no information on the pricing of the device. However, its specifications suggest that it could be priced around Rs 15,000.
