Motorola Edge 20, Edge 20 Fusion price in India, variants revealed ahead of launch

Motorola Edge 20 series price in India has been tipped by leaker Debayan Roy. The leak reveals that the Edge 20 will be arriving in two variants in India, while the Edge 20 will be available in single variant. Both phones will be priced below Rs 30,000.

Motorola recently confirmed that it will be launching the Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Fusion on August 17th in India.  The landing pages of both phones are now live on Flipkart. Some of the key features of the Edge 20 series include a 90Hz display, 108-megapixel triple cameras, and support 13 5G bands.

Motorola Edge 20 series may arrive with a starting price of Rs 21,499

The leak claims that the Edge 20 Fusion will be arriving in India in two options such as 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. These models will reportedly be priced at Rs 21,499 and Rs 23,499 respectively.

On the other hand, the Edge 20 may arrive in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version only in India. It may carry a price tag of Rs 29,999.

Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Fusion specifications and features

The Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Fusion feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display. The Edge 20 sports a 120Hz refresh rate and it features an in-screen fingerprint sensor, whereas the Edge 20 Fusion features a 90Hz refresh rate and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Edge 20 is powered by the Snapdragon 778G chip and a 4,500mAh battery. On the other hand, the Edge 20 Fusion is driven by the Dimensity 800U SoC and a 5,000mAh battery. Both phones support 30W fast charging. The Edge 20 Fusion is already available in global markets as the Edge 20 Lite. The major difference between the two devices is that the Lite model features a slightly less powerful Dimensity 720.

Both phones feature a 32-megapixel selfie snapper. The Edge 20 Fusion has a 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Edge 20’s triple camera unit includes a 108-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support. The Edge 20 series also features the “Ready For” function that allows users to connect the phone to an external display for a desktop PC experience.
