Motorola Edge 20’s high-resolution CAD-based renders have been obtained by Pricebaba today in collaboration with reliable industry tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks. The images give us a look at the Lenovo-owned brand’s upcoming offering. Additionally, we also learn some key specifications of the Motorola Edge 20. The smartphone is expected to arrive as the successor to last year’s Motorola Edge series. It’s worth noting that the Lenovo-owned brand is yet to officially confirm the next Edge smartphone.

However, recently Motorola has been in the news due to a massive leak revealing the complete specs of its upcoming Motorola Edge 20, Motorola Edge 20 Lite, and Motorola Edge 20 Pro smartphones. These smartphones were doing the rounds of the rumour mill under the codenames Motorola Edge Berlin/ Berlin NA, Motorola Edge Kyoto, and Motorola Edge PStar for a while. Now, we can confirm the design and key specifications of the Motorola Edge 20.
Motorola Edge 20 renders reveal triple-camera module and punch-hole display
The CAD-based renders show a centre-aligned punch-hole display with a tall aspect ratio and a flat screen. According to the tipster, the bottom bezel could be slightly thicker than shown in the renders. We can see that the volume rocker and power button are located on the right side of the device, whereas the left side is bared. The power button seems to be indented and housing the fingerprint scanner. Dimension-wise, the Motorola Edge 20 will measure 169.1 x 75.5 x 8.9mm (11.6mm including the camera bump).
The back panel houses a rectangular camera module that looks similar to the OnePlus 9 series. The camera sensors are vertically stacked with an LED flash placed beside the third lens. There is also a Motorola logo at the centre of the device on the rear. The bottom side of the Motorola Edge 20 has a SIM card tray on the left and a speaker grille on the right. A USB-C port is sandwiched between the two of them.
Motorola Edge 20 specifications and features
As for key specifications, Onleaks has revealed that the Motorola Edge 20 will feature a 6.7-inch screen bearing an FHD+ resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor paired with 6GB and 8GB RAM. It is expected to pack 128GB and 256GB onboard storage. The Motorola Edge 20’s triple camera setup will consist of a 108MP main sensor, a 16MP secondary lens, and an 8MP third unit. The smartphone is tipped to be backed by a 4,000mAh battery unit.
