The iQOO 9 Pro is available in India in two options: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. They are priced at Rs 64,990 and Rs 69,990, respectively. It comes in Legend and Dark Cruise colours.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 variants such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage are priced at Rs 72,999 and Rs 76,999, respectively. It comes in Phantom Black, Phantom White, and Green.

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro is available in a single variant of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage with a pricing of Rs 49,999. It comes in Cosmic Blue colour only. As can be seen, Motorola is not offering the Edge 30 Pro in higher RAM and storage versions. If customers are mainly considering the price as the main factor in choosing between the three, then the Motorola Edge 30 Pro appears to be a good choice. Those who prefer a 12GB RAM phone, can opt for the iQOO 9 Pro.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 has a 6.1-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1300 nits of brightness. The Motorola Edge 30 Pro has a 6.7-inch p-OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, 144Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 colour gamut, and HDR10+.

As can be seen in the images, all three devices sport a centrally aligned punch-hole. However, the iQOO model looks premium since its screen tapers towards the edges. It goes without saying that the iQOO 9 Pro packs a superior display as compared to S22 and Edge 30 Pro.

Samsung Galaxy S22 promises four years of Android OS upgrades

The iQOO 9 Pro, Galaxy S22, and Edge 30 Pro are fuelled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The iQOO phone offers an enhanced version of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. All three phones are preinstalled with Android 12 OS, and they come with respective custom ROMs such as FunTouch OS 12, One UI 4.1, and My UX.

The Edge 30 Pro offers a near-stock experience of Android 12 OS. The company has also confirmed that it will be receiving two major OS upgrades. In addition, it comes with Lenovo’s ThinkShield security feature. On the other hand, Samsung has promised to deliver four years of OS upgrades.
