Motorola has quietly unveiled a new phone named Moto E6i in Brazil. It is an entry-level phone that sports a waterdrop notch display. The plastic smartphone has a dual-camera module on its rear.
Motorola has been launching the Moto E6 series of smartphones since 2019. The Moto E6, Moto E6 Play, and Moto E6 Plus were made official in 2019 and the Moto E6s (2020) was launched in 2020. The Moto E6i is the fifth E6-series phone from the brand.
Moto E6i specifications and features
The Motorola Moto E6i has a 6.1-inch display that offers HD+ resolution. The waterdrop notch houses a 5-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
The rear-mounted dual-camera system of the Moto E6i has a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an LED flash. The smartphone runs on Android 10 (Go edition).
The modest UNISOC SC9683A fuels the Moto E6i smartphone with 2GB of RAM. The device ships with 32GB of native storage and it offers users a microSD card slot for more storage.
The Moto E6i has a 3,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. It comes with connectivity features like dual SIM support, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, microUSB, a rear-facing fingerprint reader, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Moto E6i price and availability
The Moto E6i is priced at BRL 1,099 (~Rs 14,900) for the sole 2GB RAM + 32GB storage version. It comes in two colours such as Titanium Grey and Pink. It is unclear which other markets will be receiving the Moto E6i handset.
