MSI launches 12th gen Intel Core processors-based gaming laptops in India: price, specifications

MSI has launched new gaming laptops in India. The lineup consists of as many as six series including Stealth, Raider, Vector, Pulse, Crosshair and Katana. Each series includes laptops with different configurations.

Notably, all the newest six laptop series announced by MSI are powered by the latest 12th generation Intel Core processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GPU. The gaming laptops boast a Meta-ready logo for users who want to experience Metaverse-compatible performance. Read on to know what each laptop offers out of the box.

MSI Stealth GS 77 and GS66 specifications and features

The MSI Stealth GS 77 features a 17.3-inch screen but is offered in three display variants including UHD resolution with 120Hz refresh rate, QHD with 240Hz and FHD with 360Hz refresh rate. On the other hand, the GS66 sports a 15.6-inch display. It comes in UHD, QHD (120Hz) and FHD (360Hz) display options. Both laptops are equipped with 2 x 2W speakers and 4 x 2W woofers tuned by Dynaudio. 

Internally, the MSI Stealth GS 77 and 66 is powered by up to 12th generation Core i9 processor. They are paired with GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 16GB GDDR6 GPU onboard. The devices pack up to 64GB DDR5 RAM. The machine is backed by a 4-cell 99.9 WHr battery unit. 

MSI Raider GE76 and GE66

The MSI Raider GE76 and GE66 are offered in the same display and hardware configurations as the GS77 and GS66. The Raider series shares the same specifications as the Stealth laptops. 

MSI Vector GP76 and Vector GP66

The MSI Vector series is a new lineup in the brand’s portfolio. The Vector GP76 comes in a 17.3-inch QHD display with a 240Hz refresh rate. The GP66 is offered in two models – one with a 15.6-inch QHD screen with 165Hz and another with FHD resolution and 240Hz refresh rate. 

The MSI Vector GP76 and GP66 are equipped with up to 12th gen Intel Core i9 SoC paired with up to 64GB DDR4 RAM. There is up to GeForce RTX 3080 8GB GDDR6 GPU. The machines draw power from a 4-cell 65Whr battery unit. 

MSI Crosshair 17 and Crosshair 15

As the name suggests, the MSI Crosshair 17 and Crosshair 15 come with 17.3-inch and 15.6-inch displays respectively. The former features FHD resolution with a 360Hz refresh rate whereas the latter offers a QHD screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. The Crosshair 15 is also offered in Rainbow Six Extraction Edition with visual design elements inspired by the game. 

Powering the MSI Crosshair series is up to 12th gen Intel Core i9 SoC. It is coupled with GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. The laptops are backed by a 4-cell 90Whr battery. 

MSI Pulse GL76 and GL66

The MSI Pulse GL76 has a 360Hz 17.3-inch FHD display whereas the GL66 features a 15.6-inch QHD screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. Both devices house up to 12th gen Core i9 chipset paired with GeForce RTX 3070. The laptops pack up to 64GB DDR4 RAM. 

MSI Katana GF76 and GF66

The MSI Katana GF76 and GF66 are offered in 17.3 and 15.6-inch displays with a 144Hz refresh rate. The GF66 also comes in an FHD panel with a 244Hz screen. Both machines are powered by up to 12th gen Intel Core i7 chipsets along with GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. The MSI Katana GF76 and GF66 are backed by a 3-cell 53.5Whr battery. 

MSI Stealth, Raider, Vector, Pulse, Crosshair, Katana price in India

The MSI Stealth series starts at Rs 3,13,990 for the base variant whereas the Raider series starts from Rs 2,79,990. The MSI Vector lineup carries a starting price tag of Rs 2,12,990. The MSI Pulse GL76 and GL66 are priced at Rs 1,62,990 and Rs 1,56,990 respectively. The MSI Crosshair 15 and Crosshair 15 Rainbow Six Extraction Edition cost Rs 1,56,990 and Rs 1,90,990 respectively. The MSI Katana series starts at Rs 1,11,990 for the base variant and goes up to Rs 1,51,990 for the top-end model.
