Lenovo has finally unveiled four new tablets at the ongoing Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, calling it Tab 4 series. The all new series includes four tablets – Lenovo Tab 4 8, Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, Lenovo Tab 4 10 and Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus. These tablets are categorised into two sizes and two different variants.
The standard tablets with 8-inch/10-inch display sizes have a resolution of 1200 x 800 pixels and are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset. Both of these tablets get 2GB of RAM and get storage options of 16GB or 32GB. In camera department, the rear panel flaunts a 5-megapixel camera whereas, on the front, tablets get a 2-megapixel snapper.
Now coming to Plus variants, these ones are powered by Snapdragon 625, hailed as one of the most power-efficient chipsets from Qualcomm. The display resolution of plus variants tablets is 1920 x 1200 pixels and gets memory configurations of 3GB/16GB and 4GB/64GB. Both of these feature an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing snapper. The Plus variant also gets a dual-glass design and USB Type-C port.
All of these tablets run on the latest Android Nougat operating system and feature stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos sound technology. The tablets also come with Wifi+LTE and Wifi-only models. Talking about price, the standard ones are priced at $109 and $149 for 8-inch and 10-inch models respectively. Whereas the Plus models are priced at $199 and $249 for 8-inch and 10-inch variants respectively.
