The Narzo 20 had shipped with Android 10 out of the box

The Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 update has version number RMX2193_11.C.06. In order to receive it, the user’s device needs to be on RMX2193_11.A.25. To download and install the latest update, head to the phone’s Settings > Software Update > Check for updates.

Realme warns Narzo 20 users that after updating to the latest OS version, the device may take a longer time to boot for the first time especially if there are many third-party apps on the phone. After the upgrade, the system will perform a series of actions such as application adaptation, background optimization and security scanning. so, the system will occupy more CPU, memory and other resources, which may cause slight hanging and faster power consumption. Realme recommends leaving the phone for 5 hours after it is fully charged or use it for 3 days normally after which the device will get back to normal.
