A Meizu smartphone with model number M621C-S spotted while making rounds through Chinese Telecom Regulatory Agency (TENAA). Earlier this year, the product schedule of Meizu was leaked revealing the company’s plan to launch six new smartphones in the span of twelve months. So far, the company launched only one device Meizu M5S last month.
According to the listing, the device gets a dimension of 153.6 x 75.6 x 8.15mm and weighs 175g. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD TFT display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by an unknown 1.8GHz processor which is likely to be MediaTek Helio P25. As per the listing, the device will come with three different variants of 2GB RAM with 16GB of storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and the top variant of 4GB of RAM with 64GB of storage. All the storage variants support MicroSD card up to 128GB.
Talking about camera, the listing reveals the phone to sport a 13-megapixel rear camera with a LED flash. On front, it flaunts a 5-megapixel snapper for capturing selfies. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and packs in a 3920mAh non-removable battery. If the company s planning to stick to its schedule, we might see another device coming to market at the start of next month.
Looking at the renders, the device gets a full-metal unibody design with a fingerprint scanner built into the home button. It also looks quite similar to Meizu M5S which was launched in China last month. Although the M5S is a budget phone whereas this one will be a mid-budget if it gets MediaTek Helio P25.
