Maya Stern witnesses the return of her dead husband, Joe, in the form of an intruder as she reviews footage from her home’s security cameras.

Moreover, her niece and nephew, Abby and Daniel, investigate their mother’s death and discover potential links between the two instances. It is the crux of the show’s plot. Production began in February 2023 in Manchester, England, and continued to various northwest locales and a small amount of Spain. The filming culminated in August 2023.
