In its new Rs 296 prepaid plan, Vodafone Idea (Vi) does not offer daily data benefits since it offers one month’s data in advance. Vi’s new recharge pack also includes calling and SMS. Similar plans are also offered by Airtel and Reliance Jio. Check out this guide for all the details.
Prepaid plan launched by Vi for Rs 296
Vodafone Idea’s new Rs 296 prepaid recharge pack includes unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day. In addition, people get 25GB of total data, and there is no daily limit, so if they watch a TV show or any other content, they will lose a lot of data before the month ends, so be careful. However, the issue won’t persist if your home has Wi-Fi.
If you exhaust the mobile data provided, the telecom company will charge you 50 paise per MB, and there will also be charges for SMS. Once you purchase a prepaid plan, it will remain valid for 30 days. There is no OTT subscription included in the pack. This plan is primarily for those who want the calling feature as well as a bit of data for a month.
Prepaid pack for Airtel and Jio for Rs 296

The 5G upgrade pack from Reliance Jio costs Rs 61 and offers 6GB of data.
You will receive the pack based on the validity of your current active plan. The Rs 296 prepaid plan from Jio and Airtel also offers unlimited calling to any network and 100 SMS per day for 30 days.
The Jio prepaid plan also offers free access to apps such as JioCinema, JioSecurity, and JioTV. There are also additional benefits included in Airtel’s Rs 296 pack. One gets Rs 100 cashback on FASTag, Wynk Music Free, and Apollo 24|7 circles membership. Furthermore. for 30 days, customers will also have access to hello tunes.
