HMD Global is reportedly gearing up to launch the Nokia 5.4 mid-range phone in global markets. Last week, the alleged Nokia 5.4 received approval from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authority. Today, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore in collaboration with MySmartPrice shared the full specifications of the Nokia 5.4. The FCC certification and specs leak suggests that its arrival could be close at hand.
The Nokia 5.4 will be arriving as the successor to the Nokia 5.3 that debuted earlier this year. The FCC certification of the phone did not reveal any of its specs, but the user manual found in the listing revealed that it will be sporting a punch-hole display and a circular camera module on its back.
Nokia 5.4 specifications and features
The Nokia 5.4 will feature a 6.39-inch LCD screen that will deliver 720 x 1,520 pixels HD+ resolution. It will be equipped with a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The rear-facing quad-camera system of the phone will have a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The Snapdragon 662 mobile platform along with 4GB of RAM will power the Nokia 5.4. The handset will have internal storage of 128GB. For additional storage, the device will offer users a dedicated microSD card slot. The phone will house a 4,000mAh battery. The leak has no information on whether the device will be arriving with fast charging support. It will run Android 10 out of the box.
Other specs include a fingerprint scanner, dual SIM, Wi-Fi Bluetooth, USB Type-C and 3.5mm audio jack. It is expected to arrive in Blue and Purple colour variants. There is no word on the pricing of the Nokia 5.4. It is likely that the device may go official before the end of the year.
