Apart from announcing a slew of smartphones including the Nokia 1.3, Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 8.3 5G, HMD Global also unveiled the Nokia 5310 music-focused feature phone. It is a renewed version of the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic that was unveiled back in 2007. The new Nokia 5310 does not carry the XpressMusic branding, but it comes with the same design and music buttons like the original feature phone. One of the major highlights of the new Nokia 5310 is that it features two front-firing speakers for stereo output. Also, the candybar phone comes in two-tone colour editions.

The Nokia 5310 phone has a polycarbonate body with 123.7 x 52.4 x 13.1mm dimensions. It weighs 88.2 grams. The feature phone has a 2.4-inch QVGA resolution supporting colour display. The phone has rounded corners and a curved glass over the screen. The right side of the phone has buttons for controlling music.
The modest MT6260A MediaTek chipset powers the device with 8MB of RAM. The phone comes with a native storage of 16GB and it has dedicated slot for adding a microSD card. It features a numeric keypad with a 5-way navigation key. The phone is loaded with Nokia Series 30+ OS. The rear side of the Nokia 5310 is fitted with a VGA camera with flash.
The Nokia 5310 has a 1,200mAh battery that promises a standby time of up to 30 days and talk time of up to 20.7 hours. The Finnish firm claims that the audio output of the two front speakers of the Nokia 5310 can produce sound loud enough to fill a room. It also comes with support for wireless FM radio. The connectivity features that can be found on the Nokia 5310 are dual SIM slots, micro-USB, Bluetooth 3.9 and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Nokia 5310 comes in two colours such as White/Red and Black/Red. It is priced at €39 (~Rs 3,120) and its sales will begin later this month.
