At this year’s IFA Berlin, Nokia had announced two new smartphones dubbed as the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7.2. The later was launched in India last month. Now the Nokia 6.2 has also arrived in the country. Let’s take a look at the technical specifications below:

The Nokia 6.2 sports a 6.2-inch PureDisplay bearing an FHD+ resolution. The display offers HDR10 support and is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the top. In terms of design, the Nokia 6.2 features a polymer body that is touted to be twice as strong as polycarbonate. On the front, there is a waterdrop notch while the bottom has Nokia branding. The back of the phone has a circular camera module housing three sensors. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device comes with a dedicated Google Assistant button. The Nokia 6.2 can be availed in Ceramic Black and Ice colour options.
In the photography department, the Nokia 6.2 houses three sensors inside the circular module on the back. The setup consists of a 16MP main camera, 5MP depth sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens with 118-degree FoV. The camera is backed by AI-enhancements that aids in clicking better pictures. On the front, the Nokia 6.2 is fitted with an 8MP shooter for selfies. The Nokia 6.2 also offers 4K UHD video recording support.
Under the hood, the Nokia 6.2 is equipped with Snapdragon 636 SoC. It is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage. For additional needs, the internal storage is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. Software-wise, the Nokia 6.2 is an Android One offering and runs Android Pie out of the box. The smartphone is expected to get Android 10 updates soon and users can expect guaranteed and timely updates over the next two years as well. The Nokia 6.2 draws its power from a 3,500mAh battery unit. The device can be topped up via USB-C port.
Nokia 6.2 price in India
The Nokia 6.2 has been launched at a price tag of Rs 15,999. It will be available starting October 11th across mobile retail outlets, Nokia’s website and Amazon. As part of an introductory offer, buyers purchasing the phone offline will get 10 percent cashback if they make payment through HDFC Bank credit and debit card on EMI and regular credit card transaction. The same offer is applicable on HDBFS consumer finance and HDFC Bank consumer durable loan. Additionally, Bajaj Finance, IDFC First Bank and HDBFS bank customers will enjoy zero down payment, zero processing fee and no interest cost. These offers are valid in retail stores till October 31st.
