The Nokia G300 has been launched in the US. It is the most affordable 5G phone from the brand. Like other Nokia 5G phones including the Nokia X10, X20, XR20 and G50, this device is also powered by the entry-level Snapdragon 480 chipset.

The G300 features a V-notch display and is powered by a large battery. For photography, it features a 16-megapixel triple camera setup. As expected, this device also runs a stock version of Android and will get guaranteed updates.

The Snapdragon 480 chip is present under the hood of the Nokia G300. It offers 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. It has a 4,470mAh battery, which promises 2-day battery life. The phone supports 18W fast charging through a USB Type-C port.

The circular camera module available on the rear panel of the Nokia G300 has a 16-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The handset offers photography features such as bokeh mode, video EIS, night mode, OZO audio capture, and wind noise cancellation.

The G300 offers other features such as 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a microSD card, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock.

The Nokia G300 has arrived in the US. with a price tag of $199 (~Rs 15,000) and can be bought through carriers like TracFone and Cricket Wireless. There is no word on whether the device will be released in markets outside the US.
