Nokia smart TVs have been launched in India. The Finnish brand has expanded its television portfolio by launching as many as four new TVs. The latest offerings come in various screen sizes and display resolutions.
The new TVs come in a choice of LED and QLED panels, with the latter being more expensive. Nokia says that the company’s latest televisions are Made in India. Read on to know what the TVs offer out of the box.
Nokia smart TVs specifications and features
The Nokia smart TVs are offered in 50-inch and 55-inch screen sizes surrounded by thin bezels. Both variants come with UHD 4K resolutions, and an optional QLED variant. The latest offerings come with 400 nits brightness. Dolby Vision, HDR10, and Gamma Engine 2.2. The televisions feature a 60Hz refresh rate and MEMC technology for a smooth viewing experience.
In terms of audio, the Nokia smart TV is equipped with dual front-firing speakers producing 60W sound output and features technologies by JBL Harman AudioEFX and Dolby Atmos.
Internally, the Nokia smart TVs are powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage. Software-wise, the televisions run the latest Android 11 and It comes with a built-in Google Assistant, Play Store, and Chromecast. The televisions also ship with pre-installed popular OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and more.
Connectivity options on the Nokia smart TVs include three HDMI ports, two USB ports, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, and a headphone jack. The television also ships with a bundled remote with dedicated hotkeys for OTT apps and Google Assistant.
Nokia smart TVs price in India
The Nokia smart TV 50-inch and 55-inch LED variants carry a price tag of Rs 44,999 and Rs 49,999 respectively. The QLED models of the same display size are priced at Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999. The Nokia smart TVs will be available for purchase from Flipkart during Big Billion Days sale starting October 3rd.
