@flipkartsupport @Flipkart @nothing @nothingsupport Got this unit a couple of days ago, and the piece has an design alignment issue at the rear. I’ve tried several time to place a replacement request, but the app won’t let me proceed the request. Please check the attachment: pic.twitter.com/cMrx4waWx8

Ronil Thakkar from 91mobiles has encountered a similar issue. His device also has a misaligned wire tape on the back panel. When he tried to place a request for a replacement unit on Flipkart, he encountered an error, which read, “Oops! Some error occurred. Please try again later.”
He took to Twitter to address the issue to Nothing and Flipkart. Nothing has not responded to the issue yet, whereas Flipkart replied by saying that it would contact Thakkar to address the problem. If the brand does not take quick measures to resolve all the issues, buyers will be sceptical about purchasing the Phone (1) on its next sale.
