This year, the focus has been on smartphones with 120Hz displays. We’ve already seen several flagships adopt this feature, including the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, OPPO Find X2 and OnePlus 8 Pro. Even the mid-range POCO X2 offers a 120Hz display. Smartphone brands are now set to take the refresh rate game up a notch, with 144Hz becoming the new standard. Nubia has already launched the Red Magic 5G with a 144Hz display, and the upcoming iQOO Neo3 is also confirmed to offer this feature. Nubia has now launched a new mid-range 5G device, the Nubia Play, which features a 144Hz display among its other highlights.
