Nubia Red Magic 3 Gaming Smartphone Launching In India On June 17th

Nubia had unveiled the Red Magic 3 gaming phone in China in April. Soon after the launch, the Chinese firm had confirmed that it will be also launching the smartphone in India. Now the global website of Red Magic has a dedicated page of the smartphone for the Indian audience. It states tha the Red Magic 3 will be made official on June 17. The smartphone will be exclusively available through Flipkart. A landing page for the smartphone is now live on the retailer site.

Last month, the Black Shark 2 gaming phone in India was launched priced at Rs 39,999 and Rs 49,999 respectively for its 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage models. The Red Magic 3 will be arriving as a major rival to the Black Shark 2. The pricing of the smartphone is currently under wraps. In China, the Red Magic 3 comes in three models with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. They are priced at 3,199 Yuan (~Rs 32,100), 3,499 Yuan (~Rs 35,100) and 4,299 Yuan (~Rs 43,100) respectively.

Red Magic 3 June 17 Launch Date in India -

The Red Magic 3’s rear camera carries support for 8K video recording and 1920fps super slow-motion videos. Apart from a copper heat pipe, the smartphone features a built-in cooling fan for regulating the internal temperature of the device. There is a gargantuan-sized 5,000mAh battery inside the phone which supports 27W USB-PD fast charging. For an enhanced gaming experience, it is equipped with a pair of shoulder buttons. Also, the pogo pin connector on the device can be used for connecting gaming accessories by nubia.

The nubia Red Magic 3 comes with a big AMOLED display measuring 6.65-inches with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is a notch-less display that is surrounded by thin bezels. It is fueled by the Snapdragon 855 mobile platform and it comes loaded with the Red Magic 2.0 based Android 9 Pie.

The back panel of the Red Magic 3 smartphone features a 48-megapixel camera with LED flash. For shooting selfies, the smartphone offers its users a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel. A fingerprint scanner is also fitted on the rear shell of the device. There is a customisable RGB light strip on the backside of the Red Magic smartphone.
