OnePlus 11R 5G India launch seems to be close at hand. A new report by 91mobiles, which cites tipster Mukul Sharma as the source, reveals that the “OnePlus 11R 5G” moniker has appeared in the source of OnePlus India’s website. It is a good hint that the device will be launching soon in the country.
The report states that the production of the OnePlus 11R has started in the country. The tipster’s source has claimed that the company may unveil it in April or May this year. OnePlus is currently focused on the launch of the OnePlus 11 5G, which is scheduled to take place on February 7th, 2023. It is likely that the company will officially confirm the details of the 11R after it announces the OnePlus 11.

Our exclusive report, which surfaced two weeks ago, revealed the specifications of the OnePlus 11R. The device will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with curved edges and a punch hole in the centre. It will offer a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. It will have a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit. The device will run on Android 13 OS with the OxygenOS 13 UI on top.
The underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset will be at the helm of the OnePlus 11R. The device will arrive with 8GB / 12GB / 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and it will be offered with UFS 3.1 storage options like 128GB / 256GB / 512GB. The phone will house a 5,000mAh battery that will support 100W charging. Other rumoured features of the device include dual stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and an alert slider. It is expected to arrive in silver and black colours.
The same device is expected to debut with the OnePlus Ace 2 moniker in the Chinese market. A recent report claimed that the company might unveil the OnePlus Pad tablet alongside the OnePlus 11R in India.
