Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus is gearing up to launch its latest flagship, the OnePlus 8 lineup globally in April. Although, the company is yet to formally launch the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro, renders and specifications of both smartphones have been doing the rounds of the internet for a while now. Pricebaba recently shared the exclusive information on the camera specs of the OnePlus 8 Pro. Now, a new report on Winfuture.de has carried the leaked official renders of the OnePlus 8 to reveal its colour variants.
OnePlus 8 design and colour variants

The OnePlus 8 will arrive in Interstellar Glow, Onyx Black and Glacial Green colours
While the new images of the OnePlus 8 were not accompanied by additional insights into the specifications or pricing, they have us a good look at the various colour variants. Following the leak, tipster Ishan Agarwal also revealed the official names of the new variants, which will be called Interstellar Glow, Glacial Green and Onyx Black. Like the Aura Glow variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10, the Interstellar Glow on the OnePlus 8 shifts between purple, orange, and red with a change in the ambient light. There is no word on whether OnePlus plans to introduce the colour on the Pro variant, but it seems likely since we recently saw a leaked render of the OnePlus 8 Pro in Glacial Green.
The new renders also reveal that the Glacial Green and Interstellar Aura variants feature a matte finish, while the Onyx Black variant has a glossy exterior. The new handset sports a punch-hole display instead of a waterdrop notch, and sports the OnePlus brand name towards the bottom of the rear panel, below the logo.
