OnePlus Ace 2 specifications have been leaked in a new Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station. The device will arrive as a successor to the original OnePlus Ace, which debuted in April this year. The Ace was rebranded as the OnePlus 10R in India. Hence, it is believed that the Ace 2 may arrive with the OnePlus 11R moniker in India.
There is no word on the launch date of the OnePlus Ace 2. Since the original Ace debuted in April 2021, it is likely that the Ace 2 may debut in Q2 2023 or at least a couple of weeks after the OnePlus 11, which is set to launch on January 4th, 2023, in China.

According to DCS, the OnePlus Ace 2 will have a curved-edge display with a centre punch-hole. The tipster did not mention the exact size of the screen but claimed that it offers a 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, the Ace 2 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and a 5,000mAh battery. The Ace 2 will have a 50-megapixel triple camera unit. It may support 100W charging.
The tipster claimed that the Ace 2 would rival the Redmi K60, which also features the same Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. The SD8+G1 chip will also power the Realme GT Neo 5 and the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition, which are expected to debut soon in the Chinese market.
A previous report claimed that the OnePlus Ace 2 has a 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED 120Hz display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It will have a 16-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) +2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit. The device will come preloaded with a ColroOS 13-based Android 13 OS.
The SD8+G1 powered OnePlus Ace 2 is expected to arrive with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Its 5,000mAh battery may support 100W charging. The device is also expected to feature an IR blaster and an alert slider.
