OnePlus Ivan aka Nord 2 CE full specifications, India launch timeline as well as its pricing has surfaced online. It has been revealed by tipster Yogesh Brar who shared the information with the publication 91Mobiles. The smartphone passed BIS certification last week with model number IV2201.

‘Ivan’ is said to be the codename for the OnePlus Nord 2 CE. The upcoming offering will debut as the successor to the first generation Nord CE (review) and will be a slightly toned-down variant of the OnePlus Nord 2 (review).

The report adds that the OnePlus Ivan will retain the same 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an in-screen fingerprint scanner from the regular Nord 2. The smartphone’s design is unknown at the moment, however, it is said to ditch the Alert Slider. It is expected to come with a plastic frame and a glass back panel.
The OnePlus Ivan will reportedly be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G SoC compared to the Dimensity 1200-AI on the Nord 2. The device will pack up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. It will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery unit with support for 65W fast charging. The smartphone is said to ship with OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12.
On the imaging front, the OnePlus Ivan is tipped to feature an upgraded primary sensor. The triple camera setup will comprise a 64MP main lens paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle unit and a 2MP macro shooter. Upfront, the smartphone will come with a downgraded 16MP selfie snapper compared to 32MP on the regular Nord 2.

The OnePlus Ivan aka Nord 2 CE is tipped to be priced between Rs 24,000 and Rs 28,000. The smartphone is expected to launch at the end of January or mid-February next year.
