OnePlus Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition India launch has been tipped. Its first trace was found last month when Oxygen Updater and XDA Developers found several clues about the Pac-Man Edition phone in the OnePlus Launcher. Android Central has now obtained key details of the limited-edition Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition from Oliver Zhang, who oversees the product portfolio of OnePlus.

Zhang said, “OnePlus deeply customized the hardware and software of the OnePlus Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition, infusing it with endless fun and entertainment from the classic PAC-MAN arcade game. The OnePlus Nord 2 x PAC-MAN Edition is the first OnePlus phone with a gamified user experience at its core. We hope users will be as excited to delve into this phone as they were when they played PAC-MAN for the first time.” The new report has revealed the key specifications and pricing of the Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition for India.

The OnePlus Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition is expected to arrive with a 90Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 1200 chipset, and a 50-megapixel main camera on the back. It will offer all-day battery life and support 65W fast charging. It will be available in a single variant featuring 12GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage.
The OxygenOS’ gamified UI version that will be available on the Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition will offer custom icons based on the retro video game, live wallpapers, animations, unique static, and a custom camera filter. It will come with the Pac-Man 256 game pre-installed. The system software on the device will include hidden challenges, which when completed will unlock a wide range of Pac-Mac based content. Talking about the design of the phone, Zhang revealed that the back panel of the phone glows in the dark revealing the classic Pac-Man maze in neon along with OnePlus Nord elements.
OnePlus Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition price in India (expected)
The publication claims that the OnePlus Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition’s price in India will be Rs 37,999. It will be priced at £499 and €529 in the UK and Europe, respectively. For context, the existing Nord 2 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is available for Rs 34,999 in India. While the report has no information on the launch date of the Nord 2 x Pac-Man Edition, it is expected to break cover as early as this month.
