OnePlus Nord 3 specifications and design have emerged in a new leak. In December 2022, tipster Digital Chat Station leaked the key specifications of an upcoming OnePlus phone powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. While it is expected to launch in the Chinese market as the OnePlus Ace 2 Racing Edition. The same device may arrive on the global market with the OnePlus Nord 3 moniker.
The Nord 3 will arrive as a successor to the Nord 2, which debuted in July 2021. Reports have revealed that the company will announce the more affordable Nord CE 3 in February. There is a possibility that the Nord 3 may go official in Q2 this year. Here is a look at what to expect from the device.
OnePlus Nord 3 design
The schematic shown here belongs to the OnePlus Ace 2 Racing Edition. Since the Nord 3 is likely to arrive as its rebranded version, both phones are likely to sport the same design. The device can be seen flaunting a flat display with a centrally aligned punch-hole.
The device seems to be equipped with an under-display fingerprint scanner. It has volume up and down buttons on the left, whereas its right side features an alert slider and a power key. On the back, it has two large camera rings with dual LED flash units placed alongside. The top one seemingly houses the primary camera, whereas the camera ring below it has two other cameras.
OnePlus Nord 3 specifications (rumoured)
The OnePlus Nord 3 will feature a 6.74-inch AMOLED display that will support a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 8200 chipset will be present under the hood of the device. It will pack a 4,500mAh or 5,000mAh battery with 100W charging support.
The Nord 3 will most likely ship with OxygenOS 13.1-based Android 13 OS preinstalled. There is no information about the front camera of the device, but its back panel is likely to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 or 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64M primary camera. It will be coupled with a 2-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel camera.
