OnePlus Pad 5G render

An alleged render of the OnePlus Pad 5G

A recent report revealed that the upcoming OnePlus tablet, codenamed “Aries,” entered the private testing phase earlier this month in India. Previous reports have claimed that the device will debut in the first quarter of 2023. Some reports have claimed that the OnePlus Pad will be similar to the OPPO Pad Air, which debuted in July 2022.

The Oppo Pad Air has a 10.36-inch IPS LCD panel that offers a 2K resolution and is powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. It packs a 7100mAh battery with 18W charging support. The device runs Android 12 with the ColorOS Pad UI on top.

The Pad Air has a 5-megapixel camera on the front. On the back, it has an 8-megapixel camera. It is available with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB / 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The tablet offers both Wi-Fi and 4G LTE connectivity. It is priced at Rs 16,999, and it is likely that the OnePlus Pad will be priced similarly.
