Pricebaba has obtained high-resolution renders of the OnePlus TV U1S via industry tipster Ishan Agarwal. The images not only reveal the design of the TV, but that of the accompany remote as well. Notably, this time OnePlus will bundle an NFC remote with the U1S series, presumably to allow easy sharing of content between a smartphone and the TV. Apart from the renders, we can also confirm that the TV will feature 4K resolution and a Gamma Engine with MEMC.

OnePlus TV U1S and NFC remote renders

The OnePlus TV U1S and accompanying NFC remote
The renders above reveal that the OnePlus TV U1S will feature thin bezels on the top and sides. There’s a slightly thicker bezel at the bottom with OnePlus branding in the centre and ‘Co-tuned with Dynaudio’ imprinted on the right corner. The microphone array with four LED indicators is placed below the OnePlus logo. OnePlus had previously confirmed that the TV will feature hands-free voice control, and the new renders give us a more detailed look at the microphone module. The side view of the TV reveals that it sports a thin frame and metal stand.
As for the remote, it comes in a conventional black colour with an NFC logo. Earlier this year, LG announced a new Magic Remote with NFC to allow sharing of content between phones and its TVs, and we expect this to be the use case for the OnePlus TV U1S remote as well. As for the buttons, you get dedicated hotkeys for Netflix, Prime Video and Google Assistant. There are also other standard controls like the OnePlus button, mute key, D-pad for navigation, volume keys, home, back and option buttons.
