OnePlus TV Y1S Pro with 4K display tipped to launch alongside OnePlus 10 Pro in India

OnePlus TV Y1S Pro is tipped to launch in India soon. The key specifications and renders of the upcoming offering have also been leaked. The news comes from publication 91Mobiles who learnt from an industry insider.

Last month, OnePlus launched the TV Y1S and Y1S Edge. The upcoming Y1s Pro will be the third addition in the Y1S lineup. As the name suggests, the television will pack upgrades compared to the other two models. Let’s take a look at what we know about the OnePlus TV Y1S Pro.

The OnePlus TV Y1S Pro looks identical to the current Y1S series. It features narrow bezels on three sides and a slightly thicker bottom chin that has the brand logo. The TV comes with two stands for placing it on a flat surface. The upcoming OnePlus TV Y1S Pro is bundled with a tall candy-bar shaped remote with dedicated buttons for Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, and Google Assistant. 

As for the core specifications, the OnePlus TV Y1S Pro is said to feature a 4K display panel bearing a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. This is a significant upgrade compared to the Y1S series that comes in HD and FHD options. The upcoming TV will be equipped with 24W speakers with support for Dolby Audio and Dolby Atmos. The OnePlus TV Y1S Pro is said to come with three HDMI ports, two USB ports, dual-band WiFi, and OnePlus Connect 2.0. 

91Mobiles reports that the OnePlus TV Y1S Pro will pack 2GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The television will run on Android 10 OS with support for Google Assistant, Alexa, Chromecast and Miracast.
