OnePlus TV Y1S’ new variant will be launching soon in India. In February 2021, the company unveiled the Y1S TV in 32-inch and 43-inch variants in the country. Reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal, who is our source, has revealed that the company will soon announce a new 40-inch size option for the Y1S.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on the launch date of the 40-inch OnePlus TV Y1S. Also, there are no details available on the specifications of the new variant. As it is known, the 32-inch and 43-inch Y1S models have the same specifications, and they mainly differ in screen size and resolution. Hence, it appears that the 40-inch version will also offer the same specifications.

The 40-inch OnePlus TV Y1S is expected to support Full HD+ resolution and feature a pair of speakers with 20W output and Dolby Atmos support. The 32-inch and 43-inch variants came preloaded with Android TV 11. Hence, it remains to be seen whether the 40-inch model comes with the latest version of the Android TV OS.
The 40-inch Y1S will offer connectivity features, such as OnePlus Connect 2.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 1 x RF, 1 x AV, 1 x HDMI 2.0, 1 x HDMI 2.0 with ARC, 1 x RJ45, and 1 x digital audio output.
The OnePlus TV Y1S will come with Google Chromecast built-in. It will have support for Google Assistant and Alexa. The smart TV will be equipped with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage.

At present, the 32-inch and 43-inch models of the OnePlus TV Y1S are priced at Rs 14,499 and Rs 23,999 in India, respectively. Since the new 40-inch model will fit between the existing ones, it will probably cost around Rs 18,000.
