In December last year, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau had confirmed that the company is working on a smartwatch and it will arrive early this year. The brand’s first smartwatch has been subject to a lot of leaks and rumours. Now the OnePlus Watch has appeared on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification website with model number W310GB.

Previously, the OnePlus Watch had already passed IMDA and BIS certifications and was recently spotted on the Germain Patent and Trademark Office. The latter also reveals the design of the upcoming wearable device.
OnePlus Watch appears on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification website
As for the latest SIRIM certification, the OnePlus Watch is listed with model number W310GB which is in line with Singapore’s IMDA and India’s BIS listings. The SIRIM listing also reveals that the applicant’s name is ‘All Plus Technology’ which is commonly referred to OnePlus. The certification was approved on March 8th under the hybrid wearable device category. Apart from this, the SIRIM listing doesn’t reveal any other details.
India is expected to get two variants of the upcoming OnePlus Watch, one with model number W310GB and the other with W501GB as per the BIS certification. It’s unclear what differences there will be between the two models, but they are likely to be variations in dial sizes and possibly the presence of an LTE version.
The GPTO patent filed by OnePlus Technologies reveals a circular watch design. There are two buttons located on the right side for navigation purposes. The watch is expected to arrive in sports and regular buckle strap options.
