Last month, OPPO had launched the OPPO A15, a budget phone with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Now, the smartphone maker has announced a new variant with 2GB RAM and the same internal storage.

The OPPO A15 is a budget offering and will compete against the likes of Redmi 9 Prime (review), Realme C12 (review), Narzo 20A, POCO M2 and others in the price segment in India.
OPPO A15 specifications and features
The OPPO A15 features a 6.5-inch waterdrop display bearing HD+ resolution. Design-wise, the 3D back panel houses a conventional fingerprint scanner and a square-shaped camera module with an outer metal layer around it.
The OPPO A15 sports a triple camera setup comprising a 13MP primary sensor, 2MP macro unit and 2MP depth sensor. The device features a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. The smartphone offers various enhancements like professional mode, night mode, timelapse, slow-motion and HDR.
Internally, the OPPO A15 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. It is coupled with either 2GB or 3GB RAM, with both options offering 32GB internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot for additional expansion up to 256GB. The OPPO A15 is backed by a 4,230mAh battery unit and software-wise, it runs ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10.
Connectivity options on the smartphone include dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, microUSB and a 3.5mm jack.
OPPO A15 price in India
The OPPO A15 2GB + 32GB variant is priced at Rs 9,490 and is available in Dynamic Black and Mystery Blue colours. On the other hand, the 3GB + 32GB option retails at Rs 10,990. The smartphone will be available for purchase on Amazon.
