OPPO A15 key specifications leaked: Helio P35, 4,230mAh battery and more

OPPO has been teasing the all-new OPPO A15 entry-level smartphone recently and has also listed it on Amazon India. So far, the promo page of the handset has revealed that it has a 6.52-inch waterdrop notch display, a rear-facing fingerprint sensor, a 13-megapixel triple camera system, and a sleek design. Now, ahead of the official launch of the smartphone, the complete spec sheet of the OPPO A15 has been leaked.

Apart from the display and camera setup, we now know the processor, RAM and storage configuration, and battery details of the upcoming smartphone. The leaked specs confirm that the OPPO A15 will be an entry-level smartphone. Let’s take a look at the spec sheet of the device.

Citing the tipster Ishan Agarwal, 91mobiles reported that the OPPO A15’s 6.52-inch display supports 720 x 1,600 pixels resolution and a 269ppi pixel density. The OPPO A15 is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, which is accompanied by 3GB of RAM. The phone will come with a native storage of 32GB and has a microSD card slot for expanding storage

For selfies, the OPPO A15 features a 5-megapixel front camera. The triple camera setup on the rear of the A15 features a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The smartphone will be powered by a 4,230mAh battery. The official renders on Amazon confirm the presence of a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 164 x 75 x 8mm and weighs 175 grams.

OPPO A15 price in India (expected)

Considering the modest specs of the OPPO A15, we can expect it to launch in India with a price tag under Rs 10,000. It is expected to compete with the entry-level phones from Xiaomi, Realme, and Samsung in the country.
