OPPO A57 5G has been launched in China. It is the successor to the OPPO A56 5G that was announced last year. The latest offering retains the same design as its predecessor but arrives with hardware upgrades.

The OPPO A57 5G arrives as the successor to the last year’s A56 5G
The OPPO A57 5G comes with a 6.56-inch LCD display featuring a 90Hz refresh rate and bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button whereas the back panel houses a rectangular camera module.
Under the hood, the OPPO A57 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. The chipset is coupled with either 6GB RAM or 8GB RAM with both options packing 128GB native storage. There is also a 5GB RAM extension technology. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 10W fast charging.. The device boots ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 out of the box.
The OPPO A57 5G features a dual rear camera setup of a 13MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth lens. There is an 8MP front-facing selfie shooter. Connectivity options on the OPPO A57 5G include WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack, USB-C port, and dual 5G support.
