OPPO A58 renders and key specifications leaked ahead of launch

OPPO A58 has been spotted in high-quality leaked renders shared by publication 91Mobiles in collaboration with tipster Onleaks aka Steve Hemmerstoffer. The report also reveals the smartphone’s design as well as its key specifications. 

The OPPO A58 will be the next mid-range A-series smartphone from the brand. It will arrive as the successor to the OPPO A57 that debuted in August this year.

OPPO A58 leaked renders

The OPPO A58 looks similar to the OPPO A17 that debuted last month. One change between the two smartphones is that the former is seen with a glossy back panel. a long pill-shaped flatter camera design where the module isn’t protruding. There are two rings housing dual camera sensors and an LED flash. The renders reveal that the OPPO A17 will come with a minimal waterdrop notch and a chin at the bottom. The upcoming offering has a boxy form factor with volume rocker buttons on the left side and a power button on the right edge. The latter also doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. 

As for the core specifications, the OPPO A58 is said to come with a 6.56-inch LCD display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. It will feature a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is tipped to have a 50MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP secondary lens and an 8MP selfie snapper on the front. 

Internally, the OPPO A58 will reportedly be powered by a Dimensity 700 processor. It will be available in 6GB and 8GB RAM options as well as 128GB and 256GB storage The device is tipped to be backed by a 3,880mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. 

The OPPO A58 will arrive in Tranquil Sea Blue, Breeze Purple, and Starry Sky Black colours.
