OPPO A77 5G has been launched in Thailand. It is the successor to the OPPO A76 that was announced earlier this year. The latest offering packs a few upgrades over the A76.
The OPPO A77 5G is a mid-range smartphone. It packs a high refresh rate display, a 5G-compatible Dimensity processor, Android 12 OS, and fast charging. Let’s find out what the device offers out of the box.

The OPPO A77 5G offers a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display bearing an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. It features a 90Hz refresh rate. The device has a boxy form factor and the power button doubles up as a fingerprint scanner.
On the optics front, the back panel houses a rectangular camera module. The smartphone features a 48MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth lens and a LED unit. There is an 8MP front-facing snapper for selfies.
Under the hood, the OPPO A77 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. The SoC is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB native storage. There is also RAM expansion technology up to 5GB and a microSD card slot for additional storage. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging.
Software-wise, the OPPO A77 5G runs on ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 out of the box. Connectivity options on the device include dual-SIM slots, 5G, USB-C port, 3.5mm jack, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
