OPPO A78 5G spotted on NBTC and TDRA certification websites, launch imminent

OPPO is unwaveringly expanding its smartphone lineup. The company recently unveiled its latest foldables, OPPO Find N2 and Find N2 Flip, in China. Now, the Chinese smartphone maker is gearing up to expand its mid-range lineup.

Today the team at Pricebaba spotted the OPPO A78 5G smartphone with the CPH2483 model number on the NBTC and TDRA certification websites. Here’s everything you need to know about.


The listing on the Thai certification authority’s website does not offer many details about the forthcoming smartphone, but it does indicate that the OPPO A78 will support 5G connectivity. Along with NBTC, the OPPO A78 5G smartphone was also spotted on the IMEI database, Bluetooth SIG, and FCC certification websites.

According to the FCC listing, the smartphone will have 163.8 x 75.04mm dimensions and measure 180.09mm diagonally. Besides, the upcoming OPO A78 5G is likely to run on ColorOS 13 and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

Unfortunately, we don’t have much information about smartphones at the moment. But we expect to get more details as we inch closer to the launch.
