OPPO has released the rollout timeline of the ColorOS 11 update to its smartphones in India. The brand’s proprietary UI is based on Android 11. As many as 15 OPPO smartphones will be receiving beta and stable builds of the latest update in the month of June.
OPPO’s ColorOS 11 was unveiled in September last year. Since then, the company has been pushing the software update for eligible devices every month. Check if your smartphone is eligible for the ColorOS 11 based Android 11 update from the list below.

It’s worth noting that the OPPO A53 and OPPO F17 are currently receiving beta builds of the ColorOS 11 update. The stable version for both smartphones will be rolled out from June 17th and June 26th respectively. The OPPO A54 is also eligible for beta version from June 16th, but a stable build for the same is not known yet. The 3GB RAM variant of the OPPO A5 2020 and A9 2020 smartphones will not receive the ColorOS 11 update due to low RAM.
OPPO cautions that the ColorOS 11 beta version could cause some uncertainties and it will be for limited users only. The official stable rollout will happen in a phased manner and users can check it by going to Settings > Software Update
ColorOS 11: top features
ColorOS 11 offers users the ability to customize the UI including always-on display, app icons, layout, ringtones and more. There’s also an option to choose between three dark modes – Enhanced, Medium and Gentle. ColorOS 11 introduces FlexDrop that allows resizing apps into a floating window for easier multitasking.
On ColorOS 11, there is a Super Power Saving mode that lets users utilise the remaining battery (5 percent) by limiting access to a maximum of 6 apps. The Battery Guard monitors the users charging habits to avoid any degradation. Indian users can share their current location to select contacts when their phone’s battery drops to 15 percent via the Low Battery Message feature.
The software version also comes with UI First 2.0 that promises better RAM utilization for a smoother experience. OPPO has also updated its privacy features with the ColorOS 11. Private System lets users create a copy of their current system protected by a fingerprint or password.
