OPPO launched its mid-range F-series smartphone called the OPPO F15 in India earlier this year. The phone recently received a price cut in the country and has been retailing for Rs 18,990. It seems that the brand is now gearing up to launch a more affordable variant of the mid-range smartphone in India.

Pricebaba has learned via tipster Ishan Agarwal that OPPO will launch a new variant of the F15 in the country soon. Agarwal also revealed that the OPPO Reno 3 Pro (review) will receive a price cut on July 1st, and will retail under Rs 30,000. Currently, the smartphone is priced at Rs 31,990 in India.
OPPO F15 4GB + 128GB variant pricing and availability
Agarwal says that OPPO will launch the affordable 4GB + 128GB variant of the F15 in the country in the first week of July. It will be priced below Rs 18,000. The smartphone was originally launched in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
OPPO F15 specifications and features
As for the specs, the OPPO F15 ships with a 6.3-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display offering a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent, waterdrop notch, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Ticking at the core of the smartphone is a MediaTek Helio P70 SoC. The smartphone boots the Android 10-based ColorOS 7 out of the box and is powered by a 4,000mAh battery with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.
In the optics department, the F15 features a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel wide-angle macro lens, a 2-megapixel mono lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the rear panel. The waterdrop notch in the front is home to a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
For security, the handset features an in-display fingerprint scanner. As for the connectivity, the F15 offers 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS, GLONASS, and USB Type-C.
