The OPPO Find X2 and the Find X2 Pro are scheduled to launch on March 6th. Both devices are 5G-compliant and are powered by the flagship Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. As we wait for the official launch, leaks and rumors continue to flood the internet. The latest being renders and a few key specifications of both smartphones. A new report on 91mobiles states that OPPO is also gearing up to launch the Find X2 5G in India shortly. Unfortunately, there is no official confirmation on the subject at the moment.

OPPO India’s Vice President and Head of the R&D wing Tasleem Arif recently shared a photograph of a WhatsApp video call on the Find X2 5G. Upon closer inspection of the image, a single punch-hole camera on the top left corner of the edge-to-edge curved display is prominent. Along with the 5G logo above signal strength. Additionally, gadget tipster Ishan Agarwal also revealed a render of both devices. The only visible difference between the two is that the Find X2 Pro has a square-shaped periscope lens that is rumored to bring support for up to 60x digital zoom.
OPPO Find X2 and X2 Pro specifications and features
The Oppo Find X2 and the X2 Pro are powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 865 SoC. Both devices flaunt a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED curved display with 3K resolution, an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole selfie camera.
It is speculated that while the Find X2 Pro features 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage, the X2 features 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. In terms of optics, the Find X2 Pro flaunts a triple camera setup consisting of a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 superwide sensor, an OIS enabled 13-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and an OIS equipped 48-megapixel Sony IMX689 sensor with omni-directional focus.
The Find X2’s triple camera setup could be packed with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 ultrawide sensor, a 13-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX708 movie lens.. Both handsets feature a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 sensor at the front.
The OPPO Find X2 Pro may draw power from a 4,260mAh battery with 65W superfast Flash Charge 2.0, which is also present on the Find X2. The latter could be housing a 4,200mAh battery. Both handsets run on Android 10-based ColorOS 7.1. Additional features on the Find X2 Pro include, NFC, dual speakers, and IP68 certification. The Find X2 is also expected to feature a dual stereo speaker setup.
