OPPO has been silently launching mid-range 5G smartphones lately. Last week, the brand launched the Ace 2 with the Snapdragon 865, which was followed by the silent launch of the OPPO A92s in China. The latter is the first smartphone to flaunt MediaTek’s Dimensity 800 SoC with 5G support. The phone also comes with an impressive 120Hz display. Now, the phonemaker has launched another mid-range device called the Find X2 Lite in Portugal. Just like the A92s, the Find X2 Lite has also been listed on the official website of the brand in Portugal. The handset flaunts a Snapdragon 765G chipset, waterdrop notch, and 48MP quad-camera setup as its highlights.
OPPO Find X2 Lite specifications and features
The OPPO Find X2 Lite comes with a 6.4-inch OLED display with full HD+ resolution and a tall 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen is further protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and features an in-display fingerprint scanner. Ticking at the core of the smartphone is the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor with an integrated 5G modem. OPPO says that the smartphone comes with a Smart 5G Mode, which detects the network quality and availability to switch automatically between 4G and 5G. This way the handset regularsies the battery consumption and increase the battery life by up to 30 percent. The chipset is backed by 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The handset is powered by 4,025mAh battery with VOOC 4.0 fast charging and boots Android 10-based Color OS 7. OPPO claims that the VOOC 4.0 can charger the device from zero to 50 percent in just 20 minutes,
In the camera department, the OPPO Find X Lite features a quad-camera setup on the back with a 48MP primary lens accompanied by an 8MP wide-angle and macro lens, a 2MP monochrome portrait lens, and a 2MP retro portrait lens. The waterdrop notch on the front is home to a 32MP selfie camera.
OPPO Find X2 Lite price and availability
OPPO is offering the Find X2 Lite in two colour variants – Pearl White and Moonlight Black. While the website doesn’t list the pricing, the handset will retail for €500 in European countries, which is roughly Rs 41,500. As of now, there’s no word on the availability of the handset in other markets.
