OPPO had plans to launch its latest Find series smartphone called the Find X2 at a pre-MWC event on February 22nd. However, the event was recently cancelled due to Coronavirus health concerns. The Chinese phone maker is now going to introduce the Find X2 at some point in March. Ahead of the launch, the company had already revealed a few specifications of the Find X2. The handset was also benchmarked by Geekbench, which revealed a few additional details regarding its specs. Now, the Vietnamese retailer Shopee has listed the Find X2 on its website, which has revealed almost complete specs of the phone.
OPPO Find X2 specifications and features
As per the listing on the e-tailer’s website, the OPPO Find X2 will feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a layer of Corning’s Gorilla Glass 6. The brand had already revealed that the new Find series offering will utilise the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. The listing on the retailer’s website suggests that the chipset will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of native storage. The device is also expected to come in a more high-end variant with 12GB of RAM.
Furthermore, the Vietnamese retailer has suggested that the OPPO Find X2 will be featuring a triple camera setup at the rear, including a 48MP main shooter, a 13MP secondary snapper, and an 8MP third sensor. The device will offer 4K video recording at 2,160p and 30fps, full HD at 240fps, and HD videos at 960fps. The other main camera module features include dual-tone LED flash, EIS, slow-mo recording, night mode, HDR, and Panorama. For selfies, the device is tipped to have a 32MP snapper. Lastly, the leak suggests that the phone will be fuelled by a 4,065mAh battery that should support fast charging.
On the e-tailer’s website, the OPPO Find X2 is listed to be priced at VND 40,000,000 (~Rs 1,23,700). However, it only seems to be a placeholder at the moment. Lastly, the e-tailer has suggested that the handset will be available in at least Ocean Blue and Blue Sea Night colour variants.
