OPPO is all set to unveil its third generation of Find X smartphones on March 11th. The global launch event will be live-streamed on the brand’s official YouTube channel at 5pm IST.
The OPPO Find X3 series will arrive as the successor to last year’s OPPO Find X2 series. The brand has also revealed some key specifications of the Find X3 Pro. OPPO is touting that the upcoming smartphone will be the world’s first end-to-end one billion colour phone.
According to OPPO, the Find X3 Pro will arrive with excellent screen resolution, high refresh rate and high dynamic range. The company claims that it has tuned the smartphone’s camera capabilities to empower photography and video captures. The Find X3 Pro is confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 processor with support for 5G connectivity.
Back in November last year, OPPO had demonstrated its 10-bit colour management system which is now ready to debut on the Find X3 Pro.
OPPO hasn’t divulged into the standard Find X3 variant’s details. We will learn more about the upcoming flagships on March 11th.
OPPO Find X3 Pro specifications and features (expected)
The OPPO Find X3 Pro has been spotted in multiple leaked renders. The smartphone has a unique square-camera bump that rises out of the back panel instead of a protruding camera module. In the front, the Find X3 Pro is rumoured to feature a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED screen bearing a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
The Find X3 Pro is tipped to be backed by a 4,500mAh battery unit with support to 65W fast charging. The device is expected to pack up to 12GB RAM and 512GB native storage.
