Oppo Pad 2 specifications have been leaked by reliable leaker Digital Chat Station. The leak carries key information about the display, battery, and charging capabilities of the second-generation flagship tablet. It reveals that the new tablet will offer a couple of upgrades as compared to the original Oppo Pad, which debuted in February 2022.
Last year, Oppo launched the Find X5 series of flagship phones and the Oppo Pad tablet at the same event in China. Hence, it is being said that the Find X6 lineup and the Oppo Pad 2 will be announced together in February. Here’s a look at what has been revealed about the Pad 2 in the latest leak.

OnePlus Pad
According to the tipster, the Oppo Pad 2 will have an 11.x-inch display, which suggests its screen will be a bit larger than what was made available on its predecessor. The Pad 2’s display will support a 2,800 x 2,000 pixels resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The tablet will also arrive with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+.
The leaks further states that the Pad 2 will have a 9,500mAh battery with 67W rapid charging support. The same source claimed in November 2022 that the device would be powered by the Dimensity 9000 chip. The tipster also said that the Pad 2’s design would be quite similar to the forthcoming OnePlus Pad tablet. However, it is yet to be confirmed whether the Pad 2 and OnePlus Pad are identical devices with different names for the Chinese and global markets, respectively.
Most probably, the tablet will run on the ColorOS for Pad-based Android 13 OS. It is likely that the device will come equipped with at least 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In comparison to what’s known about the Oppo Pad 2, the first generation featured an 11-inch LCD panel with a lower resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, a Snapdragon 870 chipset, and an 8,360mAh battery with 33W wired charging.
Oppo Pad 2 price in India (rumoured)
The first-generation Oppo Pad offered 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It was priced at RMB 2,299 (~Rs 27,750). It appears that the second-generation model will have a similar price.
A report from last month revealed that the Oppo Pad 2 and Watch 3 would debut in March 2023 or in the first half of April. The report revealed that the tablet would be priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000. The original Oppo Pad remained exclusive to the Chinese market. Hence, it is unclear whether the same Pad 2 debuting in China will also release in India.
