OPPO Reno 3 Pro global variant to reportedly launch first in India, image leaked alongside

In December, OPPO had launched the Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro smartphones in China. The Chinese manufacturer is reportedly planning to launch a global edition of the Reno 3 Pro smartphone with some improved features. YouTuber Arun Maini (aka Mrwhosetheboss) had shared an image showcasing the front design of the phone. Unlike the Chinese variant that has a single-punch display, the Reno 3 Pro arriving in India will be sporting a dual punch-hole screen. Today, reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal has shared a real-life image of Reno 3 Pro which shows that it will be arriving in a blue colour option.

According to the tipster, the OPPO Reno 3 Pro global version will be debuting first in India. The blue coloured variant of the device sports a sleek design. However, the rear cameras are not visible. It can be assumed that its camera setup could be placed at the top-left corner of the rear shell.

The image of the Reno 3 Pro that was leaked earlier revealed a pill-shaped cutout at the upper-left corner of the display to house the selfie cameras. It is said to include a 44-megapixel primary camera which will be assisted by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Reno 3 Pro global edition will be the first phone in the world to sport a 44-megapixel selfie camera.

The Reno 3 Pro in China is powered by the Snapdragon 765G which brings support for dual-mode 5G networks in its home market. Since 5G isn’t ready for commercial rollout, the phone could arrive with a different chipset. A previous report stated that the Reno 3 Pro would go official in the third week of February. However, OPPO India is yet to confirm its existence.
