OPPO Reno 7 series India launch timeline has been tipped. 91mobiles has learned through an industry source that Reno7 lineup will debut in India in January. It will be arriving as the successor to the Reno 6 lineup that debuted in India back in July. The report also reveals that the company may launch two Reno 7 models in the country.

The company is yet to announce the Reno 7 series of smartphones in China. Reports surrounding it claim that the Reno 7 lineup will debut later this month or December in the home market.

According to the publication, OPPO may launch Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro smartphones in January in India. Reports have hinted that China may receive around four models such as Reno 7, Reno 7 SE, Reno 7 Pro, and Reno 7 Pro+. There is no confirmation on whether the SE and Pro+ will be released in India.

The Reno 7 is expected to feature a 6.5-inch OLED punch-hole display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It may either feature the Dimensity 900 or Dimensity 1200 chipset.

It may come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device houses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. It is expected to arrive with other features like a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, a 50-megapixel + 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple rear camera unit and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Reno 7 Pro may sport a 6.5-inch OLED FHD+ display with a punch-hole design. Shown above is a leaked image of the alleged Reno 7 Pro. The Reno 6 Pro was equipped with a flat display, but the leaked image shows that the successor model could be sporting a curved edge screen.

The Pro model could be powered by the Snapdragon 778 or Snapdragon 888 SoC. It may ship with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage. For photography, it may feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 16-megapixel + 13-megapixel triple camera unit. For security, it is likely to feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Both phones may come preinstalled with ColorOS 12 based Android 11 or 12 OS.
