OPPO launched its Reno8 Pro smartphone in India last month. Now the company has dropped the price of its predecessor in India. As per the tweet from Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom the OPPO Reno 7 Pro has received a price cut and is now retailing for Rs 36,999. So if you were considering getting a premium smartphone from OPPO, this might be a good fit.

The OPPO Reno 7 Pro was launched back in February 2022. Even though it was launched earlier in the year, it is feature packed phone. It comes with an AMOLED display with a high refresh rate, a Dimensity chipset, and fast charging support. Let’s look at the new prices and specifications of the OPPO Reno 7 Pro.

OPPO has dropped the price of Reno 7 Pro by Rs 3,000. Before the cut, the OPPO Reno 7 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage was available for Rs 39,999. Now OPPO Reno 7 Pro is available for Rs 36,999. Along with that, customers will also get a 10% instant discount of up to Rs 4,000 on SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Axis Bank, Kotak, and Bank of Baroda credit and debit cards. OPPO is also offering a 10% cashback and no-cost EMI option for up to 6 months for ICICI, Kotak, and RBL bank customers.

The OPPO Reno 7 Pro is also available at a discounted price on Flipkart. The e-commerce site is providing an exchange offer where you can get up to Rs 17,000 on your old device for the OPPO Reno 7 Pro. The smartphone is available in two colour options- Startrails Blue and Starlight Black.

OPPO Reno 7 Pro specifications

The OPPO Reno 7 Pro flaunts a 6.5-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels resolution. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate and it is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Max octa-core processor paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

In terms of camera, the smartphone comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide sensor, and 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, it boasts a 32MP camera at the front. The smartphone gets its juice from a 4,500mAh battery and has 65W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
