OPPO Reno Z with Snapdragon 710 and 32MP Selfie Camera Announced

OPPO has announced a new phone called the Reno Z in Europe. It joins the other Reno series phones such as the OPPO Reno, Reno 10x Zoom and Reno 5G. The OPPO Reno Z has arrived with impressive front and rear cameras. Moreover, it comes with some other key features like a tall display, big battery and support for rapid charging.

OPPO Reno Z Specifications and Features

The OPPO Reno Z flaunts the same design language as the recently released Reno series of smartphones. It is equipped with a glass back with a gradient finish. Its dimensions are 157.3 x 74.9 x 9.1mm and it weighs 186 grams. It features an AMOLED display measuring 6.4-inches. The screen features a waterdrop-style notch with full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The screen of the smartphone is embedded with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone is fuelled by a Snapdragon 710 SoC and 6GB of RAM. It comes with an internal storage of 128GB. For more storage, users can add a microSD card to its storage slot. The smartphones supports 20W VOOC 3.0 rapid charging technology for its 3,950mAh battery. The smartphone boots ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie.

It features a front-facing 32-megapixel camera. A dual camera setup is available on its rear with an O-dot ceramic point that prevents the lenses from getting damaged when the handset is laid on a flat surface. The dual camera system of the phone features a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 main sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor. The other features that are included on the handset are dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

OPPO Reno Z Price and Availability

The OPPO Reno Z comes with a price tag of €150 (~Rs 11,680) in Europe. Ocean Green and Jet Black are the two colour variants available. The Reno Z will be available in Europe starting next month. The Chinese firm is yet to confirm whether the device will be made available in India.
