Japanese consumer technology brand Panasonic has launched two new smartphones in India dubbed as Eluga A3 and Eluga A3 Pro. The smartphones will be available for purchase through retail stores across the nation starting today i.e., 10th August. The Eluga A3 carries a price tag of Rs 11,290 whereas the Eluga A3 Pro is priced at Rs 12,790.
Both the smartphones features a metal unibody design and has a thickness of 9.1mm. The Eluga A3 puts on a 5.2-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. It gets 16GB of internal storage further expandable up to 128GB via a MicroSD card.
The Eluga A3 Pro, on another hand, also sports a 5.2-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. powering the phone is an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The Eluga A3 Pro gets 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB.
For shutterbugs, both the smartphones sport a 13-megapixel rear camera accompanied by PDAF and LED flash. Up front, the phones flaunt an 8-megapixel snapper for capturing selfies. The smartphones run the latest Android 7.0 Nougat and packs in the same 4,000mAh battery. The phones also come with a virtual assistant Arbo, which was announced earlier this year with the launch of Panasonic Eluga Ray Max and Panasonic Ray X. According to Panasonic, it an artificially intelligent assistant which uses machine learning to provide intelligent suggestions to the users. It also keeps evolving learning from the user’s usage pattern and behaviour.
