Panasonic P55 Max With A Massive 5000mAh Battery launched At Rs 8,499

Consumer technology brand Panasonic has added yet another smartphone to its portfolio dubbed as Panasonic P55 Max. Justifying the name, the smartphone packs in a mammoth-sized 5000mAh battery. It phone carries a price tag of Rs 8,499 and is up for grab exclusively on Flipkart. It gets a textured back panel and comes in two colour options – Matte Black and Gold.

Coming to the specs, the Panasonic P55 Max sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. In the heart lies a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor beating at 1.25GHz. Furthermore, the phone gets 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage further expandable up to 128GB. The smartphone runs the latest Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Panasonic P55 Max is a Dual SIM smartphone and also extends support for 4G VoLTE. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth, Micro-USB port with OTG support, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device measures 152 x 72.6 x 8.7mm and weighs 180 grams. For shutterbugs, the smartphone puts on a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megpixel front facing camera.

Along with the launch of P55 Max, the company has also introduced the new feature called ZigPlay. The company says, “ZingPlay keeps all your priorities at your fingertips with simple to use profiles and keeps you connected on the go at home, in the car, at work and anywhere you go.” All other Panasonic smartphones will soon get this feature via OTA (Over the Air) update.
