POCO F4 5G key specifications have been teased. The Xiaomi sub-brand revealed details about the upcoming smartphone’s hardware in a series of tweets.
It’s worth noting that POCO is yet to announce the launch date of the POCO F4 5G. The upcoming offering will be the third device in the brand’s F-series after the F1 and F3 GT. The POCO F4 5G is widely rumoured to be a rebadged version of the Redmi K40S in China.

POCO F4 5G key details confirmed
Under the hood, the POCO F4 5G is confirmed to be equipped with a Snapdragon 870 processor. It is said to be the most optimised Snapdragon 800 series chipset. The device will pack 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage technology. We can expect the smartphone to launch in more RAM and storage configurations. The POCO F4 5G is teased to feature a LiquidCool 2.0 technology consisting of a vapour chamber and 7-layer graphite sheets for heat dissipation.
In a separate tweet, we can notice that the POCO F4 5G has a rectangular camera module housing three sensors on the back panel. We can expect POCO to tease more features of the F4 5G in the coming days.
All the confirmed features of the POCO F4 5G suggest that it will be a rebranded Redmi K40S. Thus we can expect the device to come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It could feature a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP rear cameras and a 20MP front-facing snapper. The upcoming smartphone will reportedly be backed by a 4,500mAh battery unit supporting 67W fast charging.
